Dr. Richard A. Montanaro's workshop for adults in transition following job loss is based on thirteen years of research in coping with transitions, including his own.  Through his assessment-based career coaching, he has guided over 130 research participants as part of his doctoral research and hundreds of clients to increase awareness of essential job search behaviors. 

The workshop focuses on the critical transition process and unrecognized “front-end” behaviors that prevent job landings. Dr. Montanaro will discuss his findings from his proprietary behavioral-based assessment instrument (ASAP).

Interactive discussion is used to gain insight into identifying, defining, evaluating, and applying these essential, but not always obvious, behaviors that can make or break a successful career transition.
